Lawyer Duong Thi Thu Ha delivered Topic 03: Skills in preparing written submissions in arbitration proceedings, focusing on drafting statements of claim and related documents.
Lawyer Nguyen Hai Chi delivered Topic 04: Skills in identifying conflicts of interest and handling requests for arbitrator replacement, a key aspect ensuring fairness and transparency in arbitration proceedings.
The interactive discussions and exchanges between participants and lecturers throughout the course not only enhanced professional knowledge and provided valuable information, but also contributed to promoting and advancing the development of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods in Vietnam.
