On March 14, 15, and 16, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Institute for International Arbitration Research and Training (VIART), under the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), organized the training course “Skills in Dispute Resolution through Arbitration” (Basic Training Module).

The program aimed to provide businesses and lawyers with a systematic and methodical approach to commercial arbitration knowledge, with a particular focus on international practical experience in this field.

Recognizing their ongoing contributions to VIAC’s professional activities, Ms. Duong Thi Thu Ha and Ms. Nguyen Hai Chi - lawyers from CDR Counsels, were honored to be invited as lecturers for this course. Within the program:

Lawyer Duong Thi Thu Ha delivered Topic 03: Skills in preparing written submissions in arbitration proceedings, focusing on drafting statements of claim and related documents.

Lawyer Nguyen Hai Chi delivered Topic 04: Skills in identifying conflicts of interest and handling requests for arbitrator replacement, a key aspect ensuring fairness and transparency in arbitration proceedings.
