CDR Counsels’ Partner Nguyen Thi Hai Chi was honored to be invited to participate in teaching at this training course. Within the framework of the program, Lawyer Chi shared about new policies and laws in 2024 in the banking and finance sector and the legal framework for financial technology (Fintech) activities in Vietnam.

This event was particularly meaningful in the context of the banking and finance industry undergoing many important legal changes, especially with the Law on Credit Institutions 2024 taking effect from July 1, 2024, with many notable new regulations and the development of Fintech in Vietnam and Draft Decree on the Regulatory Sandbox Mechanism in the Banking Sector.
